Copenhagen Mentoring Walk 2021

90 people – 43 mentor/mentee pairs plus team – joined in Copenhagen on the 7th of March 2021 to empower and inspire each other

“As a young entrepreneur it is a gift to be paired with an established mentor. We clicked right away and had a fantastic day with lots of good conversations and feedback. I felt heard and seen in a way I hadn’t encountered in my journey thus far.“

Matilde Sofie Green, Founder, Énwest, Mentee

On the 7th of March 2021 we hosted the 3rd Global Mentoring Walk in Copenhagen.

The event took place during the lock down and the team worked hard to make it happen this year.

However we felt that we needed to meet- this year more than ever - to empower and inspire each other to overcome the challenges we face and to discuss the future of female leadership.

So the 2021 Mentoring Walk in Copenhagen was an all outdoor event. Every mentor/mentee couple had an individual meeting time for their walk.

The event followed all Covid-19 restrictions, recommendations and laws.

We want to say a special thank you to all our amazing mentors for an uplifting and empowering day.

As we were not able to gather physically we recorded the 10 speeches on video. The upside is, that this year more people will be able to access and benefit from the wisdom and the inspiration.
