copenhagen mentoring walk 2019

33 participants gathered at Moshi Moshi Mind on March 9th to kickstart the first Copenhagen Mentoring Walk. 15 mentor-mentee pairs walked the 3.5 km stretch across the lakes to BOB Bistro in Vesterbro. 

After the walk, the group continued their conversation over a hearty organic meal at BOB Bistro. Real and meaningful conversations were followed by song and poem recitals by some very talented participants. You can catch a glimpse of the day in the pictures below.

Copenhagen Mentoring Walk 2019 participants were honored with front row passes for Michelle Obama's Copenhagen book tour 'Becoming'.  

In conversation at Royal Arena,  Michelle Obama says  “I’m an ordinary person who found herself on an extraordinary journey. In sharing my story, I hope to help create space for other stories and other voices, to widen the pathway for who belongs and why”   - Something that we at Copenhagen Mentoring Walk strongly resonate with and were glad to be left inspired with her anecdotes and stories.
