About Authentic Leadership
Authentic leaders act with integrity, take responsibility for their actions, and make decisions rooted in principle prioritizing long-term impact over immediate gain. What is the Global Mentoring Walk?
The Global Mentoring Walk is a unique event that brings women leaders and emerging women leaders together in cities worldwide. During the walk, mentors and mentees connect, share experiences, and build meaningful relationships that foster personal and professional growth.

The Mentoring Walk is part of the global movement led by Vital Voices, an organization founded in 1997 by Hillary Clinton and Madeleine Albright to amplify women’s leadership globally. Through mentoring, Vital Voices empowers women to solve some of the world’s most pressing challenges, from defending human rights to driving economic and social change.
